Ralph Bronk, Owner
This month, we recognize Ralph Bronk, owner of Mountain High Tree, Lawn and Landscape Co. In 1974, Ralph started this business with one truck, a chain saw and a vision. Today, Mountain High employs over 80 people, and has grown into a full service tree, lawn and landscape company. The company’s core values - honesty, integrity and treating people right is why Mountain High continues to be a leader in the industry. |

Dixie is our lead employee in our Customer Service Department. She is our Customer Service Guru! You may have talked to her about authorizing your annual proposal, requested an estimate, or discussed your billing questions. No customer concern goes without her devoted attention. Dixie’s quest for knowledge, drive and dedication has helped us to upgrade our customer service in all facets of our business, especially in our office. She was raised on a working Southern Colorado cattle ranch and is happily married with two children & three grand children. We thank Dixie for all her hard work!!

Mountain High’s trim department assistant and scheduler.
Shelley is the friendly voice on the line calling with the exciting news that you are scheduled to have your tree or shrub pruning or removal work completed. Shelley relocated to Colorado from Michigan a couple of years ago and immediately brought her shining personality to Mountain High’s team. With her lumber yard dispatching experience, scheduling our trim department crews traveling all over the Denver metro area came as second nature. Her customer service skills are excellent and she strives to make your experience a pleasant one. We are glad to have her on our team.

Mountain High's Landscape Division
How many of you know one of the hardest-working-men in town? In our office, we would like to introduce you to Greg Elledge - he’s one of our valued sales associates. In the eight years he has worked here, he has developed and grown our Landscape Department – which now includes irrigation, to what it is today. Since this summer he is focusing on customer service and working with our valued clients in designing the right landscape for their yard and budget. Greg knows how to listen to your needs, then offers his creative ideas which will help you achieve the best landscape plan for your space and budget. Meet Stephanie. She has been with MHT since July 2009 and has been working in the landscape industry for 4 years. She is a valuable asset to our landscape and irrigation department. She is a problem solver and doesn’t rest until she’s completely resolved an issue. She loves helping people! Stephanie is currently studying to become a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) and we look forward to supporting her growth. Her assistant is Frankie, her 6 month old Chihuahua puppy, who ensures that all her writing utensils have the proper amount of teeth marks prior to use. Please do give Stephanie a call this month to schedule your sprinkler turn on! |

We are happy to introduce Sean Imfeld, our new Landscape and Irrigation Department Manager. Sean joined forces with us a couple of months ago to give hands on personal attention to our customers. He's been working with our company for over 15 years helping with pruning, landscaping and irrigation jobs. He opened his own irrigation company three years ago then decided one day that he wanted to spend more time with his daughter, Caitlyn, so he joined our team. We're glad to have his expertise and professional manner to assist our customers. |

Meet Charlene Driver who handles all the scheduling and routing for the Plant Health Care and Lawn Care departments. She has been with Mountain High for three years this coming July. Charlene is a military wife, part time student and a mother of three who shows as much dedication and care to us as she does to her non-stop family. Charlene has worked in this industry for over 8 years and her knowledge of insects and diseases (that affect your trees and lawn) is invaluable. She's here to answer your questions and assure you that your needs will be taken care of in the best way possible. Charlene's position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly when our weather changes or you have emergencies or cancellations. Charlene is a true professional and Mountain High is proud to have her on our team. |
